CP: Considering that the unsourced hairs did not match the DNA profile of Stoeckley or Mitchell, it would be up to the Defense to request a search in the Correctional Systems DNA Database.  

"But, as one judge put it (don't remember who) all it would show is that mac has help in the murders since his pj top clearly placed him as fighting with Colette amd moving the bodies."
